Project management renewal in government is providing direction on how to balance accountabilities and the responsibilities for delivering real benefits while modernizing our options for digital and agile approaches.

Elspeth MacEachern PMP -  Project Manager for PM Renewal @VAC

Elspeth has been a Project Manager at Veterans Affairs Canada since 2005 and received PMP designation in 2012.  She has a project management resume that includes a diverse range of challenges, clients, teams and solutions.

Elspeth has worked as a Programmer, Configuration Manager, Information Management Analyst and Project and Programme Manager with the government of Canada. She is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Prosci Change Manager and Project Management Professional.

Prior to joining government, Elspeth had a robust career in the design industry following graduation from Ryerson University.
